Think what would happen if Boba Fett appeared on Rebels. These Spectres have clearly been little more than thorns in the side of the Empire, and Darth Vader hires Boba to deal with them after the events of Season 2. You can guess Boba's reaction to the fact that Sabine Wren is from a clan in the House of Viszla, who headed Death Watch, the Mandalorian terrorist sect responsible for orphaning Jango; true, he wasn't so averse to the Night Owls in The Mandalorian later on, but the hatred would've burned strong enough in him back then to eliminate with extreme prejudice.

Whatever Sabine has heard of Jango Fett and his role in the Clone Wars, along with his heir, may not be enough her to prepare for one of the galaxy's deadliest bounty hunters. Not even the Darksaber would be of much aid.

After Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn disappear during the Liberation of Lothal, Darth Sidious (Emperor Sheev Palpatine) orders Vader to find a way to bring that insolent little Jedi and the Empire's most brilliant tactician back. Vader has just the thing. The job he has in mind for Boba is the one he had in The Force Unleashed II: "Find the woman and bring her to me. He will follow." No matter how far away Ezra may be, Vader will make sure that word reaches him of Sabine's imprisonment on Coruscant. The terms would be simple: return Grand Admiral Thrawn within a specific deadline and she may live; failure to comply will result in her doom.
