All I Ask of You! Ok, so i'm not a huge Raoul fan, but this is a great scene anyway... I copied the dvd as I drew, and tried to make it as chibilike and realistic at the same time as possible. Took me all this week to get around to finishing it! XDRelated content

No that's ok! I think there's a bit of room for imagination though, since during the movie he was popping in and out of different statues the entire time. (at least that's how the camera angles made it seem... maybe it was one statue)

Sorry for the late comment.
I just drew this with regular pencils, then ink pens. Then I colored it using color pencils, more accurately, twistable color pencils. They're soft and different compared to regular pencils and I use them for almost everything. The way I shade is I usually try to put a lot of contrast in my pictures and dark shades and light shades. For this I actually paused the movie and tried to copy every detail without tracing of course.
Thanks muchly! I hope to work on my realistic stuff more but in the meantime I'm just better with my chibis all around so I'm developing other styles but I'm just not confident enough in them yet. Thanks for the interest, though! I appreciate it.

nah... there's a method of mine... I hope to be this detailed in my future art. It's actually so much fun creating something this detailed. It feels like a jewel in the end! XD but yes, maybe it was a tad annoying when I had to go over the floor of the roof about 3 times with the different shades of gray and blue...
