Description HAIRSPRAY! the musical is out on dvd! This I drew around the time the movie came out in theaters, but it's still cool. The characters are named fyi.

As always, Pens, twistable pencils, and I guess I used some markers this time. ;D

I never sketch, never trace. All is freehand with an average ball-point pen, and once i shade it ever so slightly with my pen, I color and enhance with twistable pencils. I might have used markers in this drawing for the big portions of black or for the colorful letters.
