Hello All!Okay I know it's been a while but I back! I'm kick starting my return in '07 with the first part of my Clone Commanders series! Y'up series, so you can expect lots more as I try to cover some of my fav Clones, from the lesser known Commander Timm to the infamous Commander Cody!
First up, leading off or numero uno, is Commander Deviss! Now you may not be familiar with him, but if you collected the ROTS figures you'll remember him as #33 Clone Commander! He was the one with the red stripes and shoulder pauldron. Well here he is dodging some laser blasts and dishing out a couple of his own with his trusty pistols!

Fine fine work indeed, Darth. The pose is done brilliantly and really flows nicely, and all the details are done really well indeed. The scene looks like a freeze capture pic from an actual battle! The blaster fire is excellent too.

GAH!! This is GREAT, DZ! I can almost hear the crack of blaster fire, just looking at him: the pose is superb (I'm still sooo jealous of your figure work!

Awesome! I totally have this toy in my collection hanging next to a red Clone Trooper from the Episode 2 toy line and a red ARC Trooper from the Clone Wars animated series! Great work my brother! I love the laser effects both from the blasters and the ones he's dodging. Good poise and movement, and I love the ripped fabric and armor detail. One small critique if you'll permit me, I think his arm/hand on the right (his left) is a bit too big. Troughs off the perspective. It's great detail but it looks just a bit too large and outstretched compared to the rest of him. Small critique on an otherwise great piece. Can't wait to see more in this series.

Thank you so much! I really wanted to get a sense of action with him! Yeah, I see what you mean about his hand, but I was trying to make it satnd out form his other, kind of forcing the perspective like his foot. It kind of works!
