I've been meaning to practice glasswork-type drawings, and here's my first shot at it with my new babu Vitalis! I tried to get the artwork to express Vitalis' character and who she is, as a person who opens her arms to others. Her eyes are closed to represent how 'blind' she is to the world, having been sheltered from it and to express Vitalis' innocence where she'd trust a stranger enough to let her guard down to such a point.I'm p happy with how this came out! I enjoyed the process of creating and filling in the shapes, then getting to color them. I'm also making one for her dragon form, I've already got the lineart and colors down for her dragon, I just need to start making the background.

Thank you~ It sure looks complicated, but it was pretty pleasing to make! Just the process of creating shapes and seeing how they all added up in the end.
Tbh my original idea was to have long ice-like shards stab into her and her dragon form, but it would've taken away from the picture overall when the art piece is supposed to be about her. Ah well, might get the chance in another different image
