When faced with strangers he could care little about them or any troubles they've faced and talks about himself more than anything. He loves entertainment more than anything, and rarely spends his time with a rough crowd. But if you've managed to gain his attention? Well, if you have something he wants or a fine body Connor will act charming and flaunt his wealth to get what he wants from the person. Once they prove little use to him afterward, he'll resume his normal act and won't continue pretending they're something special to him when in reality it was all a play. Another thing many are weary about with him is his habit to get out of a situation once it gets to a dangerous level for him to stay around. He'll leave his company to fend for themselves while he makes a break for it, and believes his actions are justified. While this outside persona leads many to either despise or love the entertainment he brings, in reality Connor is more down to earth and displays that outside appearance to avoid getting attached to people. He can be a softy at heart, which has led him in many rough situations that he simply can't afford to keep leaving himself open to others. The world eats people like him, and in response he hardened up his persona to the outside world to survive without his pathetic feelings getting in his way. Very few have seen the real side of him, and those people are ones he holds very dear and close to his heart. With them, he's a fairly physical type of guy that likes slinging an arm around their shoulders. While he's surely a fun guy to be around, he also acts a bit like the mother in the group making sure his companions are alright and supports the team in anyway he can. He'll be a team player for them, helping defend his friends from harm when it comes down to it.
Backstory:
Connor was conceived within a small RohKuh village located in the Golden Desert. As an adolescence he had an easy life, his parents providing his needs and ensuring he had a good education. The village folk he lived with here also friendly and acted like extended family in the sense that 'it takes a village to raise a child'. Connor's easy life would come to a close during Ryker's reign, where his village was one of the many destroyed. Connor survived the slaughter from the aid of his parents, who managed to hide him before soldiers arrived to their home. His parents refused to come willingly and become slaves, and attacked the soldiers in a desperate attempt to fight off their forces. Their efforts were in vain as they were fatally wounded, left to die as the soldiers searched for other survivors. As the soldiers moved away, Connor rushed towards the bloody frames of his parents and desperately tried to use his healing ability in an effort to save them. Being inexperienced, his effort did nothing to save his parents. Tearfully, they told him run before the soldiers returned, and that they may reunite in the future. Following their words, Connor fled the village while his parents made a last stand as a distraction to give him enough time to flee without being caught by the soldiers. Ever since that day, Connor vowed to work on his healing ability so he could help others. At least, these were his young mind's idea. As time wore on and Connor grew older, so did his magic abilities. So much so, that soon other RohKuhs would start coming to him to request his aid in their injuries. But his free work was taken advantage of, teased and played with by others and even threatened to give his services to them. The acts caused Connor to harden overtime, his magic coming at a hefty cost and cared little for how immediate the person in question needed aid. Though it pained him to act this way, overtime Connor became used to this persona he was slowly creating for the outside world. Allowing his ego to swell when Rohs continued to seek his aid and obtained plenty of cash for his capability. He was no longer the caring boy years ago, instead Connor was a business man with his work and a charming devil to men and women alike who caught his fancy. All the bracken he required used to impress his current person of interest to show them what he can provide, and get what he wanted out of them. His occupation as a traveling healer soon ended him in a small village, where he set up a temporary home and healing room for customers. In Connor's free time he would walk the streets, gaining the interest of many men and ladies alike as he'd play with them until they proved no longer entertaining. This led him to a particular female Rohkuh, a fair lady who was already taken. Of course, this didn't stop him from lavishing her in pretty gems and rides, gaining their favor as his personal plaything. News of this relationship caught the attention of the lady's boyfriend, Fenrir. When Fenrir heard the news and discovered the betrayal with his own eyes, Fenrir marched with up to the two and demanded to speak with Connor outside the village, alone. Not one to back down from a petty man like that, Connor accepted. Leaving the safety of the village, Fenrir demanded to know what transpired between Connor and his girlfriend. Being the snide and prideful fool, Connor saw no problem in messing in their relationship for his own entertainment. Enraged, Fenrir attacked Connor. In the ensuing battle Connor was fatally wounded by a horn to his chest, resulting in him clattering to the ground with only his skull remaining. Sneering at the remaining bones, Fenrir took Connor's skull and returned to the village. Only when Fenrir arrived, he discovered it'd been attacked. From what he could see, not a soul remained in the ruins of his village. Broken by the terrible sight with no clues on who the person responsible was, he was ready to toss Connor's skull right there with the rest of the fallen citizens. But, that'd mean Fenrir would be alone... and regrettably he kept the skull and traveled away from the village after gathering what he could of supplies for the trip. They were the last RohKuhs that survived the village's onslaught, least to his knowledge. That being the case, he didn't want to be alone with that knowledge, and instead began reflecting on what he knew of Connor from the rumors and peroneal sightings he's had. Soon enough, Fenrir set up a new home located away from other villages to live in solitude, unready to join another village just yet after what transpired in his former home. At this new house Connor was eventually reborn, and though Fenrir still didn't know what to think of the boy, he still raised him. Fenrir refused to tell the pup of what happened to the village, or even their previous life. As time wore on and Fenrir got to know Connor, the two grew close. Their opposing personalities seemingly meshed fairly well together, with Fenrir the brutish male and Connor the careful and planning companion. Once Connor grew up to be an adult and remembered his previous life did Fenrir confess to what occurred in his village, as well as stated he killed Connor. Though Connor was partially taken aback by that and felt betrayed, he slowly came to understand and forgave Fenrir. After those years of Fenrir raising him and getting to see the big brute's teddy bear side, Connor didn't have it in him to stay mad for long. The duo remained together in their small house for awhile, soon coming to join together as mates. With the two together, they eventually moved out of their old home and the planet Numani altogether. They moved to a different world filled with humans and other strange creatures they could tame, and came to enjoy their time in this new life. Connor became a doctor and part time street racer, enjoying the thrill of racing dangerously with humans and interacting with them. And while his days may be long and still have the occasional hookup with Fenrir's consent, Connor would always return to his mate and stand by him through anything that stood in their way. The duo proved to be a powerful team, and even more so when Fenrir conceived their child, Damien. The happy family remained together, only occasionally returning to Numani for vacation and their old friends.
