Description Gaster: (Once Guardian of White during Vibranttale)
Atk: 120 Def: 50
Relies on Dataconnectors (the needle things around him) to infect Anti-Viruses/ dispose of them.

The former first Royal Data Scientist (RDS), Gaster has unfortunately been corrupted by a virus from within his own lab during the experiments on DETERMINATION. Within this new state, Gaster is- quite obviously- not the same as he had once been. Not much is known about him other then the fact he is a Data Corrupter, a virus that takes control over characters from the game with the use of the Dataconnectors (they were supposed to have a red electrical current moving around them, but didn't get to it). Within this state however, it appears that he has been mainly targeting Anti-Virus Sans, for reasons unknown by the Anti-viruses.

If one was to ever come across his path, hope that he MERCY'S you. Even though you probably wouldn't get such a thing...

Hmm, a virus huh? Well I've handled Fresh... meeting this one might be interesting.

Holy fuuuu
That's one messed up design there. D:

Course, viruses aren't designed to be pretty. xD He's much more terrifying than described, so this is what V.Sans is working with...better hope he doesn't find CyberCore's Virus Gaster or they may never win (or just have the worst bloody hell of a bad time. xD ).

Ahhh I've had the picture outlined (and colored) on paper, just never got up to posting it for better reference 'cause learning sai tricks :'D
I image him to be around 8' feet or something, maybe more or less pending on when I start references on his height. I definitely would not want to be near him though ;3; too scareh for me and ye, they'd be pretty darn screwed- LET'S DO IT X3 or nah, whatev's~

Though how's your work going with those prizes? Not stressin' you out or anything I hope?

Viruses are supposed to be scareh!! Otherwise they're not doing it right. xD
Omg, if the two Virus Gasters met...for sure, they'd need help and it could come from the most unlikely place. ewe

Maybe we should do it LOL.
It's be really interesting how it'd play out--specially on all the places they'd need/be getting help from. ;D

As for the prizes, I've had other projects in the works for another site--Magistream. Unlike the prizes, these creature ideas have a time limit and I need to get them done. I will be starting on another prize pic soon enough though--perhaps in the next few days or so.

RIP all aus as we know it >3<
Anti-viruses get your shitz together for once
unless it's too late by the time they do-

It would spice things up I mean
Oh gog bad times all over the place, everyone gets a bad timeeee
when viruses like them meet

Welp, guess I'm kinda lucky I don't have that much on my plate with things like that.
Are these creatures your own designs or by a person and drawin' them or something?

Omg, poor AUs xD
Gaster Team against Sans team--and both Gasters are top priority level viruses--they be DEADLY.

They'd need help from higher ups...and else where. xD Hope they don't die LOL.

Oh, they are my own design and work, pixel art don't by my own hand. <3
Halloween is coming up and every year there's a Halloween event on Magistream--I'm trying to get a critter or two ready for it.

Yes, I mean the two old men and Sanses. ;D
Though with how high of level my V. Gaster is, it'd take more than just the two Sanses to beat him, alone. If both Virus Gasters teamed up, Cybercore Gaster may even be needed to beat them. That's some scary sh*t right there. ._.

Ooooh, oh oh!! Tell meh! What is it? 8D

DartingDragons In reply to XenomorphicDragon [2016-10-01 22:16:01 +0000 UTC]

How horrific that'd be, need an old man to help beat up
some other old men. Start grabbing the canes and walkers
its gonna be quite the time. Would not want to see.

I know the name was p much taken already, but it's gonna be around Undertime. So in a au, the monsters control hourglasses that have orbs on the top that reveal what's going on thus far in an au, and it's their job to make sure that the player resets once they've finished the game, whether by Genocide or Pacifist. However, if one decides to continue despite the ending having been reached, well, it's their job to make sure they rethink their choice... (hopefully that idea hadn't been taken yet >3<')
So ye, gonna be revolved around that and one unfortunate p popular au that decided to continue. Already got Sans' looks down and two pages done. I might ask maybe a friend or something in another website if they could do the coloring and I the lineart, or else I'll have to manage and train up on colors~

Omg, they may be old but I don't think that war would be THAT old. xDDD
Though a fight to the death with canes and walkers would be quite the show LOL.

So, thia AU of yours....are they in control of their own AU's time and resets or others time and resets? Are they all given an AU to watch over? Like Sans gets (for example) Underfell to watch over while Papyrus gets Underswap and so on and so forth? And what happens when one of them decides to let it continue? Something happens to them, the AU? Sorry, there's just a lot of missing information here and I'm struggling to understand the story. xD;;

DartingDragons In reply to XenomorphicDragon [2016-10-04 21:45:52 +0000 UTC]

I really can image old Gasters with walkers n' canes hitting each other with them-
I'm srry I can't- The image is too funneh to resist. Gasters saying those old men fightin' words to each other while waving their canes.
But ahhh I miss the rp x'3 Tho I guess it's gotten me to start up this comic idea.

They would be in charge of overlooking the aus that come into creation(So I guess the majority? Wherever there's a Frisk/player that can RESET). Though they are each sectioned to look into a select amount of aus, pending on their ranking in the job. So, in this case Sans would need to watch over Underfell/Underswap/Horrortale/etc, and Papyrus may be sectioned to look after another section of aus.
Their world would basically be a blank canvas- except hourglasses with orbs atop that show the au it's for.
Being that this orb has an hourglass, this hourglass is used to tell when that aus time is up.
So, Time Sans (TS) and others look after all the hourglasses,
making sure each one resets as they should when their time is up, thus resetting the hourglass continuously. So they aren't in charge of resets, but more like they 'influence' the player to reset once the 'game' is over.
Basically, Undertime is only keeping track of resets, they don't interfere with the aus besides that.
Don't interact with any of them and keep their distance as much as they can, only care about if it resets or not.
So if a player from an au decides to continue, despite having already reached the ending of the 'game', it would
be the Time's job to make sure they get back in their place and reset to the beginning. After all, player
ain't meant to continue after finishing the 'game'. Whatever course of action is needed to make them reset is up to the Time monster themselves, be it forcefully or persuading.

Ahhh I promise this gets explained better in the comic x'3 already have 'bout four pages done, and they'll give better visuals as to what I'm sayin', express it better in drawings~

But SHOOT ME I've come up with another AU that I am DYING to draw character designs for HNNNNNNG. I'm just rolling around with these ideas for it. ;w;

Oooh, it's a comic?! Yeah, hopefully it's explained more/better that way, cause it is an interesting idea, I'm just stumbling about with trying to understand the story idea and about each character's part.

I'm far more better drawing it out compared to writing. It's more of a visual thing for me hNNNN- Just trying to get tips wherever I can in drawing comics :'D And try to get gud so I have more peeps that can boost me up a little.

Yes, I still have questions to answer--and I will get to them when I can. (priorities ya know) You can leave an ask if you'd like! I honestly skip around on the questions depending on which ones are more interesting to answer sooner than others---the more interesting/funner the better. :3

Ooooh dang, bare with me this is long. xD But I am EXCITED for this one lol.
I don't know what to really call it, but it deals around the idea of 'ancient beasts', or 7 Worldly Wonders.

The idea of this AU is it not and 'under' or 'over' tale, but an equal plain that only those who have a 'purity' of at least one of the 7 human traits will they be able to enter this other world. This world is where monsters exist, kinda like Skyrim in mystery and magic with the action and sense of danger as Monster Hunter. Frisk discovers this world by accident by the help of a strange child and discovers Flowey who takes the part of a (helpful) guide, this AU Frisk accepts Flowey and they become friends. It isn't till later in the story does Flowey reveal that he actually needs Frisk's help with this world's 'problem', and only a human element can make a lasting effect on this world. They later meet Sans and Papyrus in the frigged town of Snowdin, the lands itself called 'Ebbot'. It is here Frisk learns about not one but THREE types of monsters. The commons, which are the civil ones that built and live in the very towns and landmarks of the land. Then there's ferals, which are stronger, larger monsters like that of the game Monster Hunter, monsters hunted down either because they caused problems for the commons or for their parts for armors and wears. Then there's the third though these are only told to be myth and only spoken about in stories and legends. These are known as 'Ancients', monsters with the bodies of beasts but the intelligence of commons. Ancients are said to bare souls that are a single purity of a human's traits. There are 7 human traits, 7 worldly wonders, 7 pure traits that changed 7 worldly wonders into 7 different living Ancients.

Though many say that these beasts don't really exist and are only brought to life from stories, others say that they do exist but they are beasts that are so close to extinction that perhaps only one of these 7 beasts remain. Though what Flowey knows, he doesn't out-right say, but he's figured that these beasts DO exist, but because so many have tried to hunt them down for their hides which are laced with their very powers, have adapted of hiding in plain sight--these beasts have taken the forms of lesser monsters to hide and stay forever hidden from those who are looking to hunt them down. Ancients are POWERFUL monsters in magic, but have a grand weakness that can get them easily slain, thus each Ancient have a guardian. Guardians are larger and physically stronger than the Ancients themselves, though their magical powers are weaker. Ancients are immune to another monster's magic, with only another human purity being able to cause them any lasting damage--thus it would take a human to kill an Ancient. This brings back Flowey's plea for Frisk's help....

To help explain the idea of Ancients and their Guardians, I'll go ahead and say that Sans IS one of the 7 Ancients, a mythical beast taking a weaker, more civilized form to blend in with the commons. Papyrus is Sans' Guardian, making him physically larger and stronger than Sans while the smaller brother is saturated with powerful magic. Sans is the Northern Lights of the 7 Worldly Wonders. His human purity is Patience, he bares the Northern Star and his powers are in the form of the Aurora borealis. Papyrus is the Guardian of the Northern Lights (Sans) and like every Guardian, would give his life if it meant it would keep his Ancient safe. His soul is of Courage, and Papyrus' true self is in a sense, a dragon-like monster, capable of flight and fire-breathing with the fierce power of Courage. I have to design both their common form (the Sans and Papyrus we know) and their beast selves (what they really are) at the same time to be so I can bring similar traits to both forms. It's MUCH easier for my to explain in drawings than in words. xD;;

Just like Alphys would be an Ancient with Mettaton being her Guardian. To get to the Ancient, you'd have to beat their Guardian. Asgore (being their king and is secretly an Ancient as well) has Undyne as his Guardian. Toriel has hidden herself away due to her lack of a Guardian but still takes on the lesser form to keep herself hidden. Basically, the main cast are actually monsters, grand beasts that have taken the form of lesser monsters to help protect themselves from those who are hunting them for their powers.

Hnnn maybe eventually, when it looks like things die down on your drawin' spree stuff to-do~

Hmm, sounds like a pretty interesting idea!
Though if Frisk were to decide on a Genocide idea, would they only be able to apply one hide of these Ancients (kinda like full body armor sort of gig or only able to wear one piece if its clothing) and what boost that'd give them? Or if they decided to choose Pacifist, would they eventually learn the bosses were Ancients/Guardians or would they learn as they go along? If they spared these Guardians/Ancients would they get some other sort of reward or is a 'pat on the back' deal?

XenomorphicDragon In reply to DartingDragons [2016-10-11 03:59:27 +0000 UTC]

To kill an Ancient, a full armor/clothing set could be made out of one. Though you only get one pelt from each Ancient and that can be made into one of two types of clothing--armor (physical) or cloak (magical). Course the attributes of the monster the pelt is from determines the effectiveness of the outcome you choose to make. To wear the pelt of the said monster gives you not only the remaining of its power but also an immunity to something. To slay an Ancient is like slaying a kind of god, to collect all 7 would make YOU yourself a god over the land. This is what Flowey wants, he wants all 7 souls of the Ancients to become a god--or in this case, goddess. The true identity of Flowey in this AU is not Asriel as Asriel is another Ancient himself. Frisk still has power over resets, the power to 'turn the world back'. To spare the Guardians, you'd never get to see the Ancients' true forms unless another more powerful entity entered the picture. Unless an Ancient's power is stressed, specially in their commoner form. The more a hidden Guardian and Ancient pushes their powers in battle, the bust and arms of their true selves fades into view over their commoner forms, like a hologram. To befriend them gains you a 'piece' of their power to allow the player a way home, gather all three and Frisk can freely go back and forth between worlds. To kill the Ancients gains you their very essence, their powers to become a god.

I have Sans' image in the works and I'm excited to show someone. <3 Because with the aurora effect he has, (I think) he's a very beautiful beast and a pretty clothing design. ;w;

Geez I could see this being made into a p cool game.

Do these Ancients have their own customs? Such as how one should act/ be like, and if there had been more what they'd see as the 'right' thing an Ancient should do and a 'wrong?
On it, how would a Guardian be made? Do they appear once the Ancient their destined to be with is around, or would one Ancient have to wait until one is born or chosen?

He'd be the bootifulest beast out there X3 Ahhh can't wait 'till you ever post 'em up!

XenomorphicDragon In reply to DartingDragons [2016-10-11 05:18:31 +0000 UTC]

It's a lot more complicated in details not only in character design but story as well.
An Ancient is in a sense, an old wisdom. They are what they give off--Sans, being the Northern lights, IS the very essence of the Aurora borealis itself, the North Star being his symbol. He is the best guide there is--he can guide you in the right direction, it's the matter of if the Player actually takes his advice or not. Papyrus is like the monster than lives where the lights exist, and Ancients can choose if they have a guardian or not. Sans choose Papyrus because he is his brother--and Papyrus has already shown to him many times that he is willing to protect him from any threat. To accept a Guardian is to place a 'rune' made of their own power on their chosen protector, this rune takes the shape of the Ancient's symbol. In this case, Sans' North Star. This also helps the Guardian locate their Ancient at any time and can sense if anything is physically wrong. (exp. being attacked). If a Guardian is killed, the Ancient can either fight back or run depending on their situation and just what the enemy is. If the Ancient survives, they can choose another Guardian, but only if their current Guardian is truly dead.

For Asgore, he trained many warriors and picked the strongest and most loyal to him to be his Guardian. Out of these beasts he's trained did he grant the top defender his rune, making Undyne his Guardian. Alphys, being an Ancient as well, is physically weak but powerful in magnetic magic. She can control metal and if in great danger, will coat herself with metal plates by instinct. Alphys is really a type of 'metal' drake, she is flightless but can easily ball herself up and take on a defensive posture. Mettaton she has created for the ghostly beast that is her Guardian to inhabit. If the body was destroyed, the ghost possessing it would be suddenly weakened and, even while outside the body, is too weak to stop the attacker from reaching the protected Ancient.

I sadly won't be posting anything of these character designs till all of them are done--because I already have like 4 or so AUs that's still on going and it's taking me forever to get the rest of the designs out. So I want to finish the designs for this one off first before any of it will be posted. But I'm so EXCITED for it, I want to show people. xD;;; It's complicated.

Hmm, speaking of Sans being the Northern Lights, wouldn't that mean Papyrus should have some specialty akin to Sans? Or is it where only one brother gets the Ancient business? And who be Gasty in dis view, then, and to the Skele-bros?

Welp can't say I'm any different, I have a couple o' my own aus. And now that I have Photoshop AND Sai to use at meh disposal HOPEFULLY they'll turn out better. Because I don't give myself enough work x3

XenomorphicDragon In reply to DartingDragons [2016-10-22 23:15:11 +0000 UTC]

Yes, Pap would be something just as special, though being a guardian, he'd be more disposable than his brother. He knows this, but he's willing to risk everything if it's to protect his brother. Paps is, as mentioned before, much larger and physically stronger than Sans, he's seen more of a threat to the commoners than Sans does and would be targeted first. He'd also be the one to take the most damage when a threat discovers them. As for Gaster, I'd say he's a wonder of Space itself, he IS the night sky of which Sans and Papyrus originated from. Gaster would be a flying monster, as black as the sky and slender as a snake. His wings would be large so the pattern of the stars would be present in them. He would be either missing or forever in the skies which is why Sans would be fascinated with the stars above. Nobody else would know about Gaster or that he even exists, but Sans would remember him and always be looking at the stars in hopes he might find him..

LOL, we keep ourselves busy. xD
Go busy us!!

Mmm, do they have a mama or Skelebros made a different way x3? So many people have the idea of just the Skeles and the Dadster, not too common to see people's representation of a mum be brought up when I think about it. Unless Sand and Pypyrus in this au were made directly/indirectly from Gaster himself thanks to the Ancient Wonder he is.

That moment you want to work yourself down to the BONE, eh? Though on some other note, wanted to know if I could draw a scene from that note roleplay we've been havin' if that's okay v.v Been a lil' while since weh continued >3<

XenomorphicDragon In reply to DartingDragons [2016-10-23 00:25:43 +0000 UTC]

While I would like to make a mother figure for them, I'm kinda on the fence about it cause usually when someone makes a fan character to be the mother figure, i kinda just see is in the same manner as someone making a fanchild between two characters which I'm not confident enough to do? Plus what would even pair up with space to make the Aurora/Northern star? xD They'd all have to look similar at the same time too if they are going to all be related.

And sure, whatever you want to draw from our RP, go right ahead!
I've been wanting to do the same but I have so much to do before then ;w; I still got the note and wil lget back to it when things settle down over here. With Halloween coming up, I'm helping set up things for a Halloween event going on over here at home, soon at my mom's work place and making images for Magistream for their Halloween event in time. Also been hanging out with local friends since I have been kinda ignoring them for a while now. ;;;;

Yeah, though in reality if she is really thought about, she can turn out to be something really good. So far I've only read two comics(maybe three?) where it two

artists teamed up and showed this one side where the mother was Mexican I believe or something close to the such. The other was just herself and I don't need to keep on adding to this x3 Just that real effort needs to be placed to keep dem haters at bay.

I looked through my 3ds and the two memory cards of it just for you and I can't find it ahhh but then again it only showed the face ._. must've deleted it awhile ago but damn it was p good. Even got to use my own dress pants and dress shoes from school and the whole jacket and gloved skeleton hands. I might go as it again, depends if G-ma will let me keep the candy this time.
Oh snap that reminded me. There's this one house that's p scary and some of the residents from there dress up, so me and my mom were going over and I headed further up to the porch to get the candy. Meanwhile when I did come back my mom told me that one of the guys dressed like one of their props tried to scare her and she just complimented him X3 And before that Halloween one of them dressed as a clown with a chainsaw (didn't have the chain, it only made the sound so it was safe) and chased some kids around, and scared meh cousin haha. Good times back then.

I'm highly into Halloween myself and don't scary easy. I'm usually the one doing the scaring and boy do I love it!

I'm usually dressed as my Xenomorph, this may be the last year I wear it (if I'm not working) for Halloween night. Then I'll have to pick something else for newer scares.
