Description
Scrapping soon.My first "real" animation! :dumy: A simple running animation I did out of curiosity. It was fun, and my respect for professional animators has rising dramatically.
Legs are waaay off, but I couldn't find a way to animate them "smoothly". Maybe next time.
Inspired by the Smooooch Beatmania BG video.

17 frames per second is what I usually use.
It feels natural to work with, I think.

I'm working on a few things, now, and one is a painting for the showcase.
Though, I tend to drop projects here and there, and I may not end up finishing it.

It's really well animated, especially with the legs and hair. The arms look a little choppy to me, but what do I know? Lol. Good work.

Sorry for the double post by the way.
So that is what Smooooch is from. I found a Vocaloid Smooooch crossover and after watching the original video I was in a frenzy trying to figure out what anime/game/movie Smooooch was from. Thank you for ending my torment.

I dare not touch the critique button |D I am no where near critiquing level. It looks good for a quick animation. How many frames is this? I was thinking about doing a large animation project and in part there is a mix of characters running (how very random, sorry to bore you with this) and I was just wondering a general frame number I would have to work with. Thanks.

This one is eight frames, though I get the feeling there should be more, because of how badly the legs came out animated. 16-20 is probably a better number for an animation of this length (which is less then a second).

I counted eight when I watching it. I just wanted to double check. Thank you, and sorry If I wasted your time in a way
Also thank you for your advice on a longer animation frame set. I will try and work with that. I estimated 16-20 frames to about 3/4's a second. I hope I am not way off. Thank you again for your helpful advice. Hope you have a nice day and best of luck in your future animation projects.
