Hey Hey!
I know valentine's day is over, but I had no time to post earlier ♥

I'm joining this year with my lovely princess Aryanna Iphigenie. I love her.

I actually finished this in the beginning of February, and I took pictures, and then my phone broke. And it just does not look good scanned. My new phone camera takes decent pictures tho.

But first things first. The theme was Valentine's Day.

Why represents the picture Valentine's Day for me?
Well. It's...cheesy. Pink, roses, sunset...
I am not a huge fan of Valentine's Day, for me it's more a day if commerce than anything, and it's wayyyy too pink. I did my best tho.

In my opinion more importantly - why does it represents Valentine's Day for Aryanna?
To be honest I was a bit sad that I decided to join with Ary and not Magee, because I take every opportunity to draw lesbians, but even switching would not have made any sense for I have no design for Magees girlfriend yet.
And I just love Ary so much.
But the thing with her is - she has no love interest. Even in an AU ("what if my girls would attend Alrea") not. She is the future queen of her realm and takes her duty very serious. She has no time for love, and no need.
From her early childhood on she was aware of the responsibilities on her shoulders, she basically had no normal childhood. So she grew up to be the perfect princess, the perfect queen, to meet her mother's and her kingdoms expectations. Always kind. Always smiling. Always in character. She cares about her basically everything more than about her personal happiness, and she's okay with it.
Her highest priority, however, are her sisters, Magee and Lysandra. She loves them dearly, protects and supports them as good as she can, and tries to grant them the freedoms she never had.

The picture is though as an official Valentine's picture, maybe for cards or other promo. Nothing too personal. It's a day like anyother. It's work like on any other day.That fits her character far more than a happy date or something (and I don't even know her sexuality, because it's not relevant, because she would never put her personal, impulsive feelings before her duty).

By the way, i had lot's of fun with her dress *___* Truth be told, the main reason for me to join Miss Magix wither her is the possibility to draw many many gorgeous outfits! And prepare for some historical stuff, too! X33

I love watercolours so so much. The picture didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to be, but it's good enough I guess. It sure was lots of fun!
I used golden finetec watercolours for the details and it looks so so beautiful.

I'm hoping for better pictures for the next rounds. I'm barely at home before it gets dark, and it was raining for the last few weeks almost nonstop... not the best light for photos. I want to try harder for the next round!
My finals are in mid march and i'm very nervous, but once my written exams are over it should be alright. Please wish me luck!
