i did use AL.CHEMY to sketch the ship
its a sketching tool which can generate random shapes

here is the initial sketch before painting over in photoshop [link]

yeah i remember that program from when you posted up the pdf artbook, it was sweet,
but when you're doing the paint over in photoshop, are you locking transparency or just cleaning up the edges afterward?

i do erase the white as the first step and just lay on the other layers on top of the silhouette. after the main work is done i just paint on the whole picture freely
