Yes ever have all computers been like air conditioners.... once you open windows they don't work

click start > run and write 'services.msc' and enable the 'help and support' service from there and it will stop giving you that error

lol yea I know. In fact, it was a book on how to customize Windows that I read that lead me to that. I disabled that and a few other things, but then decided to open up Help and Support.
