Yeah it sucks when people forget that there's a person at the other end who puts their heart and soul into the items they make (and it truly shows you do with these).

My dad thinks that £10 is enough for a set of "decent pens" and almost fell through the floor when I said Chameleons are almost that PER pen. Let alone how much FIMO etc is. (Luckily nearly everyone I know is a crafter of some description so a LOT of swapping of materials goes on)
