Mini cinnamon lollies. I created these lollipops to possess a very smooth, subtle cinnamon flavor. They are nothing like your standard, typical hot cinnamon. Think... Cinnamon rolls! They have just the right amount of spice, so they can be much more enjoyable! Not that I don't like spicy cinnamon candy. I've also branched out on this flavor to create cinnamon roll lollipops. Same as these, but they have a swirl of icing on the top that slowly melts in your mouth as you suck on the lollipop.
