This is for my friendYou know, with both of this snake like creatures both having hypnosis, I'm supprise no one has draw art of these two yet. They steven having a hypnosis staring contest, they both look tired.
Why are they angry at each other?
I think Kaa was messing with Ruby's friends, so hence this staring....

I think pony snake hybrids can't be hypnotized in this traditional sense (by traditional I mean by eyes) so Kaa might. Heck in Jungle Book, he mention he can do self hypnosis.... sooooo Kaa might lose. Problem is that they have been at this for hours so who knows how long it will take
