No, he has a disease (that only he can get so when people see his surgical mask round his neck and sometimes covering his mouth they run away from him not wanting to catch the sickness he has, so this makes it hard for him to make friends.) his family left him for dead when they found out hoping he would die but he hasnt died yet (some think he's immune to it and the effects of the disease have effected him like his eyes turning black and his height (he's 7 feet tall) the reason he where the mask all the time is that the doctors told him to always where it (and he just likes wearing it)
