It's Dolce(or Sweet). She is the character of the Italian cartoon "Angel's friends".

Lovely fanart but i don't understand why you put anna&elsa too instead only dolce&raf and why the dolce‘s outfit isn't a dress that she wears in the animated series!

Dolce has changed and has become a pessimist. She began to avoid her friends. Then Dolce found a magic book in the library and learned the cold magic. She ran away from the school and broke her nimbus. Angels and demons went to look for Dolce. I just decided to imagine a similar story with "Angel's Friends" like "Frozen". I painted it in 2014, when I was inspired by "Frozen". It's just a picture and a travesty.

thanks for the reply(even if i do a little hard to imagine 100% a similar story because af&frozen special powers aside,and anycase are still treat types of magic different and also in canon miki has the power of ice, are completely different stories)!Then because neither here nor in the other two related fanart you did not put even half a line description of this idea that turned you in the head?and also i do not understand if in addition to these drawings there is an ff that you write it?

I drew these pictures a long time ago. I drew such Dolce in my notebook, when there was boring and sad in the classroom. I'm not a writer. The story never was and never will be. Sorry, but I'm not interested in this story now.

If you don't write the ff it's ok but for the introductions of these and others fanarts you must do it because if you don't the peoples doesn't understand the ideas of the pictures!
