A classmate of Samuel Logan in his youth Damian Grimm was the exact opposite of Samuel, angry, selfish, irresponsible and envious, he hated Samuel for having a good life while was not great. One day Damian was going to prank the whole school that would harm students and teachers, but Samuel learned of this and stopped Damian, revealing his game to the whole student body. This resulted in Damian being expelled from school, being kicked up by his father(not a good dad) and forced to live on the streets and become a harden criminal, Damian would hate Samuel with a passion from then on swearing to one day make him pay. Then during the Violet Hour Damian found a shard and from the strange energy he manifested the power to absorb the life force of others, including memories, abilities, powers and information and used it on the Wonder, learning the the hero and Samuel where the same person. Now he lives to make Samuels life a living hell, taring him apart piece by piece and The Leech.
