For the first time in a while I'm NOT LATE for my weekly post! Today I bring you again my take on SCOTT SUMMERS, CYCLOPS FROM THE X-MEN! And well, as a 90s kid, of course I chose the ICONIC 90s uniform! By myside, my lovely girlfriend Alice as JEAN GREY, THE PHOENIX! WHAT A POWER COUPLE, RIGHT?

Scott is not my first mutant, cuz' I cosplayed Multiple Man years ago, but it's my first mutant DONE RIGHT (because my Madrox cosplay sucked haha).

I'm pretty proud of myself for this one. I've been wanting to cosplay Scott Summers for YEARS, and finally being able to do it is a dream come true. To make things even better, my girlfriend was there with me! Yeah, we have a thing for couples wearing spandex (we cosplayed Reed and Sue from the Fantastic Four before)!

Scott has been my favorite X-Men since I can remember knowing the team and one of my favorite comic book characters of all time. The guy is a devoted leader (and that's pretty inspiring) and kind of a paranoid control freak (that's not inspiring, but his struggles make him interesting... I also relate to them).

Years ago I had the chance to catch up with the comics and read a lot of stuff from the late 2000s and early 2010s, including Cyclops becoming the leader of all mutants and becoming an Anti-Hero / Villain during Avengers Vs X-Men. BTW, Cyclops was right, mutants deserve better!

Yeah, I know my wig is a bit too LeonKennnedish ... I'm also not a big fan because its different from the 90s look, but I fight with the weapons I have Haha!

It took me some hours to add the SFX, and I'm pretty proud of this one!
