Yet another oldie brought up a notch and reworked a fair amount, especially the hair and the torso. Also a slight face-lift. (She now has a tad more chin and less forehead), Previous version: [link]I did a bit more on the tattoo just to see what it would look like. That version is posted here: [link]
The more minimal one above is probably the one I'll settle upon, however.

That hair, the contrasts... she almost glows, but exudes darkness. Genuinely mesmerizing.

I went to the link and have to say that I like the tattoo revised, but I would have raised the pendant on the necklace so that the detail on both are independant of each other. Very nice piece.
