Description
Yuletide Carol is one of my all-time favorite designs; I feel like I got it right the first time out. She has the distinction of winning two costume contests back-to-back within 20 minutes of being created, so apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so. Maybe it's the striped pants.

I only play her once a year during the Christmas holiday event in City of Heroes, so after 5 years she's still only level 20. For CoH players, she's a Sonic/Ice Blaster.
