My parents dance in the house
My friends drink a soda at the food court

In the fifth one, is that "hablo" or "habla"? It looks more like "hablo", and that's for the "yo" form of the verb "hablar" when it should be "habla". If you were right all along, sorry, that just looked like an "o" to me.
Also, the reference to the vine in the fourth one. Made. My. Day.

Oh, this is in past tense. You probably won't learn how to conjugate in past tense until Spanish 2! The verb endings are a little different:
Ar Verbs
Yo - e
Tu - aste
El/Ella/Usted - o
Nosotros - amos
Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes - aron
