Yes, it's quite a small one. His eye that's further away from us seems a bit too far away from his face, like it could fall off. Or was that you intention?
If that effect wasn't your intention in the first place it seems like moving it just a teeny bit to the right (maybe 1 or 2 mms tops!) could solve the problem.
