Description Just wanted to share a beautiful picture of the test map I'm working on.

This is for the 3D engine that and is using.

Hope the team members don't get mad!

Please note that it does not work well with the latest GM:Studio version (as mentioned in the journal). It will take some salvaging to get it working and looking like in my screenshots.

The story is a bit lengthy, but here goes:

5000000 years ago, there was an egg that hatched into Arceus. Arceus created the universe, separating its power into two entities:Helios and Necros. Necros was the physical appearance of Hell. Helios was the physical appearance of the sun and sky, as well as heaven and beyond. When they split though, there was a fraction of the power Arceus had remaining, and Arceus had to use it, or else the Universe would not be balanced. So Arceus used the remaining power, and created the Pokemon that kept the balance of the Universe. His name was Zuprei. Zuprei kept the world in balance by creating room for other planets by devouring other planets. Once he devoured the core, he would rest in the area where the core once was, becoming stronger and stronger. Every 500000 years, a trainer meets Arceus in the Sinnoh region's Hall of Origin, on Spear Pillar. Before being caught, Arceus would create another Arceus, which ruled the Universe until it got caught, and the process would repeat. Eventually, a trainer who wanted Arceus in the Unova region received one from his friend. Zuprei soone realized that the original Arceus is long gone, and thus, he doesn't have to listen to the Original Arceus's commands. Helios and Necros were against this. And thus, Helios and Necros were chained down, and were forced to hold Zuprei for 500,000,000 years until they let him loose for 1 year. The player, you, is set free on their journey, in the year of the Damned, where Zuprei is let free. According to the testament written by Arceus, if Zuprei can devour an entire planet in the year of the Damned, then, Zuprei doesn't have to listen to Arceus, and is a free Pokemon. Now, the player becomes the champion, and then gets a notification from the rest of the Elite Four that there is a giant pokemon, that is at least 76 stories tall, and is heading slowly towards the Elite four, screaming to come at him, Child of Destiny. The player knows that he is the Child of Destiny. But the player refuses. Eventually, Zuprei gets tired and heads back, through the ravaged paths, to the ocean. He heads down into the ocean, and everyone thinks Zuprei is gone forever. But, Zuprei goes, and starts devouring the ancient island of Gordano Hills, where a legendary pokemon lives. Zuprei states that the only ones who can stop him are Helios and Necros. Helios and Necros return to their home in Pokelantis, west of this region. So, the player must obtain the orb of Helios or Necros depending on which game they are playing. If the player choses Necros, Helios will be on Zuprei's side. If the player choses Helios, Necros will be on Zuprei's side. Eventually, all hell breaks out, and the player must stop Zuprei, and the bad guys trying to manipulate Zuprei. The bad guys are led by Cyrus, former Team Galactic leader. As everyone who has played Diamond and Pearl and Platinum knowns, Cyrus wanted to create a new Universe. Now, by manipulating Zuprei and joining forces with his half-brothers, Giovanni and Ghetsis, he and the new ULTIMATE BAD GUY TEAM, Team I.A.B.G, or also known as the International Association of Bad Guys, they plan to manipulate Zuprei and one of his brothers. What will you do? Will You stand and fight? Or will you stay at home with your parents and cry like a wimp? Decide for yourself in THREE all new pokemon games:

-Pokemon Frozen Inferno
-Pokemon Tectonic Hurricane
-Pokemon Spacial Bang

Thats the story! Also, could you make titles for all those? And if you do decide to let me use the sprites, I will also need a back sprite, and a front and back shiny sprite for each of the pokemon.

Hey. Unfortunately, the game engine doesn't work well in GM:Studio. GM:Studio's biggest problem is the fact that I can't control the depth buffer directly. This means that at some points, because my engine is 2.5D, the player appears behind the grass even if it doesn't make any sense. I can't make a suitable engine until GM:Studio 1.2 is released, where they're adding shaders which will allow me to program into the graphics card and fix the errors.

I am not really great at pixel art, so I cannot make tiles. I have all Pokemon sprites saved on my computer, but they need to be inserted in a certain format that contains meta-data.

I have a lot to do and if you want the scripts, you're going to have to wait for the summer. I just don't have time for anything as I go to college.

Why don't you just use Gamemaker 8.1 or GameMaker 6 or 7 Standarad?
In those versions you can change a few numbers and change the dimensional type. By the Way.....

Older GameMaker versions would have the same problem. I mean, it's not a problem if you want to do basic stuff. But if you want to be able to go under bridges and rotate the camera, then it starts to become bad. I've tested tons of other engines and they all have the same problem once you expand features. I've contacted the most advanced 3D programmer for GameMaker (he made 3D using 2D ) and even he didn't know. The only way I can have an advanced camera system is by waiting for the update for GameMaker, which is rumored to come in 1-2 months from now. In theory, the update would also let me add really nice dynamic lighting also (as being able to program for the graphics card also lets me do potentially do this). Not to mention, the update supposedly makes everything 10 times faster (and they weren't even slow to begin with lol)!

Legendary? I don't think so. I'm not popular. Besides, this username is common. Googling this name, people use it for porn sites -_- I really want to change it. Anyway, which part of the internet are you talking about?

I have a crappy class(im in Middle School)where the teacher doesn't give a SHI* About what we do. He gives us laptops, and tells us to go program our NXT robots. But, everybody either plays MineCraft, or does something useless /random. So we can work on one single game together...

That's awesome. I did find another kit online as well, but it uses rpg maker xp, and requires lots of hardcore typing in notepad files. The program reads the text files, and converts them to the game itself. You can then change maps, Pokemon, add new Pokemon, EVERY GODAMN THING. You can even make it black2 and white2 tilesets! They even have a mystery gift option! Plus, one of the guys on deviantart, a spriter, his deviantart name is Xairou, has allowed me to use his sprites for my game. Ill link to the sprites down below.

Thats awesome. Thanks. The text files.... Well theyre completely different than Gamemaker scripts. Would you like to work together on the scripts? I have a friend who is very experienced in all types of Gamemaker, I can talk to him, and maybe you guys can talk about it... I too am AWESOME in coding. just ....Im not that good.

By the way, I found something on the internet that really intrigues me. If you could contact the creator, and ask him if he'd like to work on this with us, that would be great. Also, I can send it to you through Email... But for that I need your email. Also, do you know anyone who can make Pokemon Cries? We need some cries if we are going to add those Fakemon.

Yeah, I know that the text files are different. I'll make it work by making a converter. My way will actually be easier (it will be done through a program rather than editing a text file, much more faster). I've designed the layout for the Pokemon editor. I just need to program it now.

I'd also love some help. The more help, the faster everything would go! The only thing is that you'll need GM:Studio and the free one won't work. You'll need the Standard or higher. I'm sorry, but like I said, the glitches prevent me from making it work on lower versions. I'll see if I can install WikiMedia today. I can post everything there and it would be a lot easier.

I might already have cries, by the way. What intrigues you?
