This is really well done, however, There's something missing to make it a plague doctor (take this feedback or leave it. idc): A wide brimmed hat. The beak never made a doctor, it was their hat that denoted their status. The beak was there to be... a primitive gas mask (for lack of a better description). Don't get me wrong, this still looks really good. However, I wouldn't call it a doctor. Not unless they actually heal people.

I know that plague doctors had than kinde of hat and that character wear it when he was a human (And a doctor). The same story with his mask. Now (with help of alchemy and black magic) he become come kinde of...monster? He still trying to heal people. But most part of them are afraid of him, that make him upset (and angry)
And his name is Amedeo. He was Itallian in my universe.

That's an interesting backstory. Perhaps putting it in the description might help those who stumble upon this character understand him more. I appreciate that he is trying to help them, so the moniker of Doctor is earned in my eyes.
Don't worry, your english is really good for someone who took it as a second language. I understand that it's really difficult for others because of the nuances within it.
Actually, it's better than some people who learned it as a first language.
