Well, if I was following someone in total darkness (and I had just seen their arm come off), I would want to make sure I was holding onto something that I was guaranteed would be attached....

Seeing V reacting to K's arm like that is... well, it's bringing some kind of feelings in me. Still, K's calm reaction is nice, as is him holding out his tail for V since he has to keep his left hand on the wall.
But ohhh does that last panel with V's worried expression and that line of "Are we going to be alright?" make me feel sad and worried for them. And it's not often stories I read genuinely make me wonder "Are they going to be alright?" when the characters say it, so good job on that part!

This is V's first introduction to the fact that some people don't have everything physically. And she's still rather young, so it's a shocking surprise and doesn't know how to mask it well.
