Beautiful piece! Everyone looks spot on. Excellent use of Garganta. Dragonfly and She-Cat's perches were a nice touch.

Finally ,commenting on the character's in the back row.
Garganta looks great I, m pleased you gave such a big role to an under used character.(Especially when I recall the significant role she played in the just completed FF story arc).Great job on the costume and the body type.
Having She Cat perch up on her shoulder was an inspired move.To my eyes that is exactly what the character would do.And the stance that you put in her in was exactly the pose Jess would assume.
And Dragonfly resting( some what precariously ) on her head was the perfect "icing on the cake" final light hearted touch . And her uniform is perfect as well (right down to the dark glasses.
Thank you for giving us such a great picture I hope my input has done it justice.

Commenting further i really impressed with the line-up of heroines you" drafted" to be in this picture.Everyone I would expect to see is present as well as some I was not expecting but am really glad to see again.(Buckaroo Betty and the Blonde Bomber.)
Commenting specifically on the individual characters-#1 Thank you for putting General Strock in the picture(And just for the record I strongly disagree with Mr.Swagg-zillia's interpretation and I respectfully do not see how he could reach that conclusion. But ,of course everyone is entitled to their observations.) The character's stance and posture and facial expression are just perfect, clearly giving the impression of an individual was calm and cool and confident no matter what the situation and can always be counted on to" lead from the front " and" get the job done". That big piece of ordnance she is hefting is a perfect touch- #2 Good job on Tara Her outfit is accurate an I happily note that you included her trademark Jungle Knife and arm bands.I note that she looks really happy to be in the picture(Given her insecurities it would make perfect sense that she would be really pleased to be asked to participate.)-#3 Rio Rita Frarr looks appropriately tanned(probably just back from a mission)and exotic. The red dress and flower in her hair are both perfect(and I am pleased that the character is staying with the blue accessories theme(long necklace and [I think] just a hint of eye shadow) we saw in the earlier picture.-#4 Great to see Buckaroo Betty. Her modified Old West ,Betty Page inspired out fit was wonderfully well thought-out. The character really makes it work. And ,of course the cowboy hat is the perfect touch.-#5 You did a great job with Colt.Val's stance and stature and facial expression are" spot-on".All the details of her uniform are perfect .I note that she is letting us know that she is armed and ready for action even at this 'fun function " (which is exactly what we would expect from the character.)-#6 Night Veil is very well done ,standing a little towards the back and looking a little bit detached. I really appreciate the detailed job you did on Laura's outfit, especially those skull clasps for her "Cloak of Darkness" and trademark garters.#7 - I'm assuming that we are looking at Ms. Victory decked out in the popular favorite "Ultra V neck variant uniform and that Joann's some what aggressive attitude and facial expression are are a reflection of her exasperation at being required to to wear this out fit (Like the good soldier she is the Patriotic Powerhouse does what is required -but she doesn't have to like it.) -#8 Yankee Girl. Once again you nailed it and got everything just right. Not only her uniform but also the proud and confident stance and expression which tells the viewer that even though the character has had some problems making her way in this modern world she has found a home and a purpose in serving with the Fem Force.#9 Good to see the Blonde Bomber back in the line -up.(I'm wondering if the team is about to be given a big mission that will require all hands on deck" which is why this character is in the line-up.)-#10-Thunderfox same again as for the Blonde Bomber.-#!2 You really out did your self with Stardust The Rurian's uniform is correct in every detail .Also I truly appreciate that you worked her distinctive pointed ears into the picture and also gave Dusty a shorter hairstyle. Her slightly bowed head and shy smile and the apparent fact that she is resting her hands on the back and shoulders of the F.F.er's on either side of her gives the clear signal that she has found acceptance among her team-mates and comrades and no longer feels like an "alien". -#13 Firebeam is excellent. The uniform is perfect and I think you you did a great job on the character's "living flame" hair I really like her big wide bright smile(which tells this viewer that the character is glad to be be their and happy to serve.)-#14 the image of Syn is inspired. The body type and clothing detail are all correct as per your usual work .But what i think is really noteworthy is the Synatrophic Sweetheart's facial expression and especially her sweet little smile which effectively captures the essential innocence and guileless goodness of the character. -#15 Rayda looking rather serious as if she appreciates the solemnity of the situation (All those patriotic symbols which make up the back drop for this picture would really resonate with Dyna.)And the details of her uniform are just right.

Your welcome .I'm relieved to find that my observations were on the mark.(I'm still a bit red faced about miss-identifying the Statue of Liberty torch in the background.)
A Fem Force action scene is a fantastic idea.Given what I see in this picture I am certain it will be something really special and 1st rate.I hope you will be able to find your way to doing such an illo. I am very much looking forward to it.

To learn that you will soon be working on an FF action picture is truly great news. I can't wait to see the final product (and will spend a lot time speculating about the subject of, and the participants in,that image).
Thank you in advance for this illo. I know it's gonna be great.

I' m sure the finished product will be well worth the wait.
In the mean time I am compelled to speculate about this illo's "story behind the picture.
I am thinking the team has been suddenly and unexpectedly been called together to pose for a patriotic photo intended to inspire and reassure the pubic (to let them know that the Fem Force is on the job ) Surprisingly some old and secondary heroines have been invited (inducted)to part in the exercise Officially this is to demonstrate sense of continuity and to impress everyone with how large and diverse the talent pool is.
Because it was done on such short notice ,everyone had to drop what ever they were doing and show up right away.
That is why General Strock is wielding that big rocket launcher. She was attending a demonstration a new weapon and stepped up to take a turn firing the weapon. (Roberta is a very active "hands -on " soldier who is not content to simply be a desk officer.) she was so impressed with the weapon that she arranged to have it immediately deployed in the FFHQ arsenal. the ebony officer was bringing the weapon in herself and did not have time to deposit it in the arsenal.(and did not want to let it out of her sight.)
As i mentioned earlier Tara was very pleased to be included in the picture ,so much so that she graciously let Garganta have the GTS.role in this picture ( for which Dr. Heisler was very pleased and grateful.
Given their background as spies , Rio Rita and Colt suspect that there is more going on here than just a photo shoot and so both heroines are a bit wary .Also because the object of the exercise is to show that the team is "on the job Val has drawn her side arm to show that she is ready for anything.
Nightveil is like wise suspicious and that is one more reason she is hanging back(hoping to figure out what is really going on .)
As I mentioned in an earlier comment Joan is a little ticked off at being ordered to appear in the "Ultra V-Neck uniform variant but still takes her place front and center .She understands and appreciates that one of her duties as team leader is to re-assure the public that she, together with all the other heroines is ready willing and able to protect and defend them.,and so she takes her in the fore-front of the line-up
Yankee Girl is trying to strike a bold and confident pose to likewise re-assure the public (and tamp down her lingering feelings of insecurity and inadequacy)
Thunder Fox and the Blonde Bomber are still a little over whelmed by it all and are a little unsure of were to stand or what to do and so seem a bit awkward, though they are both glad to be back in the line-up.
Star dust and Fire beam are just really excited to be a part of this big group and are rally looking forward to meeting all the (to them) members and working with them and having an expanded chance to help people. This is evidenced by their wide bright smiles.
Syn and Rayda are as i described them in an earlier posting(Rayda is taking the thing very seriously and is wondering if she should be standing to attention -but she isn't in her army uniform and this is not a military exercise, so she decides against it , but still feels little awkward and unsure(as evidenced by her posture.
She Cat is excited to be surrounded by so many old team-mates and is a bit overstimulated and so has kept up on Carol,s shoulder to burn off a bit a of the excess energy
.Dragon Fly lands at the last minute (she almost did not come at all ) and touches down on the first spot she sees.
The "ad-hoc" 'last minute nature of this gathering is reflected in the impromptu somewhat dis orderly line-up.
And it turns out that there was a bigger reason for gathering the expanded team together .
But that is a story for another day
.

Fantastic piece of work .You've really out done yourself. There's so much great
stuff in this picture that I hardly know where to begin with my commentary.
The huge flag that makes up the background was an inspired choice.(simple and effective) The statue of Liberty and the image directly behind Garganta's head (it looks to be a black serviceman but the headgear doesn't look quite right, maybe an historical figure - Crispus Attucks?)both compliment the flag and it all comes together to create the theme of patroitsm and heroism and service that I see in this picture.
