C: I know there are some great hand-tutorials out there, but I think mine is a bit different and hopefully helpful to you guys
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ME THIS SERIOUS XDD IT'S JUST A JOKE
this is literally the story to this picture tho XD
I was at Windy's place, drawing this picture XD I had like 3 hours left to finish this entry for the Zlesdin event XDD
And this DAMN hand just wouldn't cooperate XDD THEN CAME THE BIRD :T

This is awesome
And I'm actually laughing forever at the fact you found it quicker/easier to paint an entire bird in flight with all that gorgeous texture and patterning than to do one hand XD But I'm so with you; sometimes things just do not play ball and you have to take drastic action
Seriously love this. Great twist ending on a tutorial and I also love how everything fits in like it was intended from the start - the horse looking back at the bird like he's spooked at it is really well done

and you're absolutely right, it's so weird that it was easier for me to draw a bird then a hand XD plus this picture was drawn for an event and it was like 3 hours until deadline lol but still the bird was the easier option to me XD

And haha; that's just the way it works sometimes, I think. It sounds kinda loopy, but when it happens to you...different story. I spent an awfully long time carefully making sure that any humans I drew faced away from the 'camera' in my art, just to spare me the horror of drawing faces. Artists are a sneaky bunch XD Still - it came out perfect, here - I do love the bird ^^
