I love that they're actually drawn together and this isn't saying they're eachother!
I think it's adorable!

Would a consolation brohoof make up for it? /)
...or maybe a hug?

A brohoof will do. Maybe a group hug also.
I dunno, I'll just bring my Saint Benedict medal with me, pray that a bronycon would finally start internationally at different locations of the Earth, and if lady luck contents to smile it would be right next door to my house or at a Pasig museum as close to said house as possible.

Most of the time you'll have to do something for something good to happen. Waiting for the stars to align so to speak will mean that you'll be doing a lot more waiting and a lot less living. Things won't always go your way, maybe they'll go against you more often than they go for you. But you need to keep focused on what's really important in your life and let that drive you. You have to be an active force in changing your situation if you ever want to have it change in your favor.

Good works, not faith.
Alright I'll try to reorient the government laws in this country towards ponies.

OBVIOUS WARNING!!!! This is going to get long-winded.
I'm certainly not against faith. I'm just against not doing whatever you can to be prepared for whatever blessing may come your way/request you made to God to be fulfilled. If you live a life that is worthy of blessings then they will come your way, in this life or the next. (I'm not saying we shouldn't be disappointed that we don't get all the blessings we think we deserve right when we want them. That disappointment is only natural because of the society of instant gratification we've grown up in.)
I'm not saying you should do works INSTEAD of having faith, OR RELY ON faith and DO NO works; I'm saying you should do works BECAUSE OF the faith you have.
If God sees all that you do (assuming He does), then wouldn't blessings from the One Who created you (all of this is coming from a Judeo-Christian background), the blessings for what you need (though wants are not totally out of the question) be worth waiting for, as a matter of proving how devoted you are to him, despite what trouble you face in this life.
We suffer as a species because we turned from Him and tried to do it our way. Just because technology has advanced doesn't mean human nature has changed. No matter how philanthropic we may be, we are still selfish at times. No matter how content we say we are with what we have, there are still moments where we wonder what it would be like to have what our neighbor has and scheme of how we could get it. We shy away from the truth, when the damage it could cause would be far less than the damage resulting from the lie we heap on top of the eventual unveiling of truth. We consider/set our minds after amorous relations that should not/could never be ours, despite possibly having one already (not having one-and the partner not having one either- steals the purity of such a relationship from whoever the two partners eventually choose to settle down with).
Our way isn't a perfect way. Even our best is not enough, for it is marred by when we fail to live up to God's unchanging standards, and He requires perfection. He is a just God and doesn't bend His rules for anyone. But in His justice, He is also loving. Which is why he provided a way to bring us back into fellowship with him. He loves his creation and wants as many as would hear His call to turn back to Him come and let His Spirit guide their lives. That is why he sent His Son, Jesus, to be born of a virgin; live a sinless, holy life; teach truth to those who would listen; and die a sacrificial death to pay the penalty to cleanse us of our guilt; and in rising from death, prove that He has conquered both Sin (the crime) and Death (the sentence) so that all who accept His sacrificial cleansing will be renewed. And to those who follow after Jesus, no matter what comes in this life, those who believe can have peace and joy that the world does not understand because they set their hearts and minds on the one they call, Lord and Savior. (I myself am one who believes)
It is the hope that we will live in eternity with the God who made us, living life as it was meant to be lived -not in squalor or vanity, but in glory and reverence to the only One who deserves it- that drives true (as opposed to nominal) Christians to live a life of love and compassion for all people, just as Jesus did. A doctor comes to heal the sick, a Savior comes to rescue the condemned. Those healed, rescued, live in gratitude and try to get as many people to know about it as possible. It shouldn't be for money, power, control, or anything else- save for wanting others to have the single greatest life changing experience they could ever have. True Christians should condemn sin, not sinners (there is a difference). Christians should welcome people to learn what they believe, and to let them decide for themselves how true Christian faith will impact their lives. Christians still struggle against the same things as everyone else, and as such have no reason to cast people out without first giving them a chance. However, Christians have the hope that, in Christ (<---this phrase is key), they can overcome their harmful/wicked desires.
If you've actually gotten this far and still want to go down this path of conversation, I wouldn't mind continuing it. But if not, then that's fine with me as well. All I ask is that you remember all I just said and think about it someday. It could change your life.

Oh fuck, here we go
lol, long ass comment though that wasn't necessary. I wasn't referring to CHRISTIAN faith. Only faith that you would get to a bronycon when you hope it will.

I admit I said more than I needed to. I don't want to force anything onto anyone if they don't want it. TBH, I did kinda forget where the conversation came from when I typed that. If it's just getting to Bronycon that you're concerned about, then it really comes down to foreplanning, saving up some extra cash, and possibly begging your boss for time off.

I'm 15, and obviously I live in a country FAR AWAY from bronycon, and is slightly underrated.

See about what it would take to organize a con (or getting someone to organize it for you) in your "slightly underrated" country? Have a muffin? Watch ponies? ??? Profit?

I get no profit from watching ponies and eating muffins, sorry.

Ah well, ponies are still adorable and muffins are usually tasty (beware the baked bads).
