Description
This is to be the new layout for my site: The fourth edition.The new layout has more flexibility.
* It's fully CSS (parts of the old site were still table-based)
* It's modular PHP - making it easy to maintain
* It has a shed load of jQuery stuff
Just ironing out some CSS and Javascipt issues with IE (of course), then I'll get to creating head graphics and transferring content across.
