until now. Her irises are missing the, I don't know what they're called. It's like a small difference of value in a triangulated part of the iris. I suck at explaining, there's one in this: [link]
Now brace yourself, I'm gonna go critical on this beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
The stroke where her frontal neck reaches her chin should not be so fat. There is also a slight artifact there.
Her secondary feathers should be more flush with her primary feathers.
Her eyelashes are rounded, not pointed. They are also more slightly spread apart.
The main reflection in her left eye is way too small.
There we go, job done!

I took some of your advice.
Neck: Fixed
Eyelashes: Slightly rounder and farther apart.
Irises: I don't put those things in because in my opinion it looks better without them.
Wings: You'll need to call up Hasbro about that.
Reflection: I made it a tad bit bigger, but that was the size in the sreencap.

Eyelashes: I was thinking like them retaining their width until the rounded point at the end. It's still an improvement over the first, nevertheless.

I think that you didn't actually do anything to the irises. That's probably why I wrote the nightmare thing.
The screencap is a lie because when envisioning someone else's work, it's okay to make adjustments to it should you think that it can be improved.
