I so love Kasumi, more than the other girls and the fact the she's voiced by my favorite childhood ex-Sailor Moon actress, Laura Post! OMG, Laura Post did so BEAUTIFULLY as the new Phantom Thief member, especially when she got all emotional. Even if she doesn't work for Sailor Moon anymore, Laura Post still proves to be skilled at her voicework and I can see why Atlus chose her to voice Kasumi for Persona 5 Royal. I've been squealing and smiling like a total fangirl because I love Laura Post and the work that she does. When I found out that she was voicing Kasumi, I had a huge smile on my face, because I knew she got to work with legendary Xander Mobus and Robbie! And you can even tell that she was having lots of fun with her new friends! She and Xander had a lot of fun together working for this game and you can even tell when they voice Joker and Kasumi in Royal!
To be honest, I was shocked to find out that Persona 5 Royal was a surprise DURING the CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK. Video game companies would NEVER do something like that, but Atlus pulled it off. I got kind of sick of seeing the Japanese version of Royal so thank God we finally have the English dub for it. The next one to receive an English dub is Royal's successor, Persona 5 Scramble: Strikers, which I honestly can't wait for.
