I came across this in my group folder and the fact that I'm here commenting and not having ignored it and passed on says allot already!
I LOVE, the painterly-sketch style, the overall aesthetics of your image is breathtaking and her facial expression has a very.. 'stare into your soul' feel too it..
Her hair is very neatly done, plaits themselves are fairly hard to grasp the idea of when actually drawing them down and I believe you've accomplished that beautifully! Your proportions and anatomy of her face/shoulders is really well done and shows wonderfully your attention to the human dynamics.
