A Pikachu and Raichu Tier Gacha for goldwolf97 !
For your Pikachu Tier you asked for an Empoleon, which I chose to fuse with a Seviper! I was in the mood to draw another snake, and I think this mon turned out pretty cool~
For your Raichu Tier you asked for a Mismagius/Absol fusion and this is the design I came up with! A witchy mon that specializes in casting spells for bad luck

Yeah, I thought of using Seviper on a whim for the fusion but I was glad I could make the two work together so well!
