well, i hope its simple at least ehehe.....a-anyways, i hope you find it useful, this is more useful for the simpler quick backgrounds

if it helps
sai is better for CG styled pictures (my halfbody CG's of my oc's ive been doing) and for those starting out
photoshop is better for very advance stuff like detailed backgrounds and effects, plus those who have a computer to support it
