Oh look at that, a new OC that I recently just made up. Ain't he cute?
He isn't in any fandom, just an average original character.

-A little comet that follows him everywhere
-The tail of a comet at the bottom of his feet with stars

-Float
-Create a space cloud from the bottom of his feet
-Control shooting stars
-Move space clouds through the galaxy

-A very shy person when meeting new people
-He is gentle
-A bit hipster
-He jokes around to certain people and tease them
-He can be a little clumsy
-He NEVER takes of his mask

-He is literally made out of stardust (which is also why I say that he has no gender)
-Since he is from space, earth's air will do no good for him. If he breaths that air, it will make him cough out blood, his vision will get blurry, fall unconscious, and possibly die (that is if he doesn't get his air on time). So that is why he never take off his mask cause it contains the air that he breaths from his planet
