Showing people that says "Linux is horrible!!!" that it can also look a bit like Windows 7Attention!!! this isn't my current desktop, this was just a experiment, im no longer using this desktop.
Anyway...
for the Windows 7-Like bar im using Smooth Tasks plasmoid
plasma theme is Vistar7
for the window decoration im using Smaragd engine (supports emerald themes)
the emerald theme is Who Needs Windows 7 ?
