I don't even know where to begin. Everywhere I look, there's awesome and my brain is hurting from being boggled at it all. Only thing I can think of to say that doesn't revolve around my fangirlism is that Takara's butt looks strange to me. Not sure why. Maybe I'm just hallucinating. Both are equally possibly, though my money is moreso on the latter.

xDDDDDDD That's a part of the picture I need to fix. I was going for a normal sized butt thinking it was a little too small so I made it a tad bigger. I think maybe I need to lessen the shine on it so it doesn't stick out as much.

-The first subject of importance is the shinigami's left arm. It is too thin in bone structure, and this has also made it seem flimsy like spaghetti, particularly around the wrist. The position of the arm itself is not a particularly difficult to draw, so this can be easily remedied by simply looking at more reference to understand how the hand twists at the wrist, and the right amount of thickness to add to the arm.
-Although you are painting folds in the cloth well, the outline could use some work, particularly in the front of the shinigami's top, below the chest. Given the hilights of the folds you put around her abdomen, the folds should appear by her outline as well, usually in a kind of zig-zag fashion, but only further study of cloth will solve this.
-The spine of the shinigami is a bit longer than it should be, which is giving her a snaking illusion with her back. shortening and tightening it will add more realism to this bit of anatomy. You can always see how your spines are alligned before you start the main drawing, and this will help you make sure that the twist of the body is realistic.
-The anatomy of the arrancar is pretty good. My only suggestion would be to be careful with how much definition you add to the elbow. If possible, you should not use lines to outline the bone because it gives an inhuman look. This should only be done in small/thin increments. Two muscles actually hug this long bone inbetween the path from the elbow to the wrist in a way that they push up over it(you can feel it by running your hand along the line from your elbow to your wrist, and see it clearly if you flex your forearm over its bicep).
-Your perspective is very good for not having shown much practice of it on devART, you should be proud, because that's one of the most difficult aspects of action drawings.
