actually to tell you the truth this is actually my first race change

Wow! It's pretty smooth! Do you want a couple pointers for transformations?

Rule number one: facial expressions. Change the characters face to match what is happening. If they are embarrassed, make them blush. Horny? Maybe some lip biting will do the trick!
Rule number two: poses! Make sure the character is positioned to look like they are changing, so they look like a person, not a piece of cardboard.
Collapsing onto the ground, and feeling themselves up are two good examples of this
Number three: clothing. If the characters clothes are not changing, make it look like the changes are affecting their clothes.
Popping buttons, oversized belts and shirts, that sort of thing!
