With this Fluttershy is now a draconequus, this is how she truly is on the inside and who she wanted to be finally happy with what she's become she is now much more silly and energetic, now living with Pinkie pie as girlfriends as well as assisting with Pinkie with the Cakes while she also still takes care of the animals, but also has more fun as well, of course as Fluttershy mentioned she wants to see Pinkie's true self which will be happening next time this series is picked up. just will say that the others including pinkie, Celestia, Luna and Cadence will not be draconequus, the potion just merely changes them to their true selves so they will be different species
