At last she is at equal levels with Empress Eternal party this time as Empress Solar Blaze she flies up to met her fellow Goddess level being as the two begin datingEmpress Solar blaze is the Goddess of Healing and Warmth, she basically controls the sun and is the most powerful healing magic user in the universe, she tends to warm the hearts of all those around her.
I forgot to mention but Empress Eternal party is the Goddess of Fun and Joy

Rainbow cupcakes: She is a professional wonderbolt cheerleader and fun loving prankster, tending to throw victory parties for the wonderbolts
Zap Apple Cake: She is a country festival planner, tending to go above and beyond most ponies and always getting the entire town to join her.
Fluttering Zap apple pie: Zoologist and zoo event planner, she tends to be a complete party animal most of the time while taking care of all the animals
Excellent pasture Eclair: She is a royal ball organizer due to her massive experience and powerful magic she create beautiful balls
Princess Supreme Ball: She is the Princess of Happiness, not as big of a role as the Sun and moon but close to about Cadence level of authority
Princess Glimmering Ball: the Princess of laughter, she is now equal or slightly above Cadence authority
Queen All nighter: The Queen of parties, she is the upmost authority on all parties even going to multiple ones by duplicating herself she is now equal to Celestia level authority
