Another What if scenario sequence, for explanation in this scenario in the episode where Timmy wished he was a girl to find out what to get for Trixie for her birthday instead of wishing she was a boy again she decides to stay a girl instead wishing that she was always one, move forward episodes later and during channel chasers during the Maho Mushi section where normally Timmy is fighting against Vicky for the fate of the future, Timantha had fought off against Vicky though like in the special, finds they are too evenly matched, though then she remembers that one day when she gets old enough she'll forget Cosmo and Wanda so like in the special she ages herself up though it takes a bit further than in the original.

Ages are: 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 23 and 26
