Description
So I'm sat here, doodling pixel rockets on my laptop (on a Friday night, too - do I know how to live or what?) and my girlfriend requests a look at what I'm doing. "Rockets," sez I, currently in the process of rendering Blue Streak and PGM-17 Thor into FD Scale for a future alt-history project. "Can I have one in purple with gold stars?" she asks. I reply in the affirmative, being a glutton for punishment and thinking I'll get round to it at some point.Fifteen minutes later: "Where's my rocket?" And so, with a sigh, I set to re-colouring an existing drawing in the smaller SB Scale, and adding an Apollo capsule. The response? "Yay! But it needs fire. And ice."
Fire and ice. It's a rocket, not Game of fucking Thrones...
