Well, comical is fine. There are a lot of stories that make absolutely no sense. Then again, there are several that have a pretty serious core. Wade is both, and that's what makes him so interesting to me. He's not just Bugs Bunny, and he's certainly not just the Predator. He's....like a 3 feet tall alien hunter monster with rabbit ears, that eats people as if they were carrots.
And that's why doing him credit in a more serious manner here and there is just fitting the guy, overall.

For Dead Pool, no bulk is too big if it involves weaponry. The sparks do a good job of leading your eye around the picture, almost makes like a half frame to help focus on DP doing what he does best.
