I love the bottom one .. Chase Me (i guess) .. He could be an Awesome Kaiju .. top one is a little too creepy for my taste .. lol

Wicked awesome. The canoloth just oozes hate, menace, and dread and the chasme is looking very sinister and malignant. Only thing missing is an ultroloth or nycaloth to lead their expedition.

I love the Canoloth! Never heard of the Chasme though... I'm too recent of a fan. I love your renditions of these guys, though!

You've done both monsters great justice without scrapping the things that originally made them cool, as so many other updates tend to suffer from! I especially like your Chasme. I remember the very very first illustration of one, with the cheesy human head.

What I don't get and, at the same time admire, is how you decide where shadows and highlights should be placed on something that doesn't exist. Maybe that makes it easier, since there's no reference to tell you you're wrong. Very good imagination and foresight
