That's actually a pretty cool detail.

It looks only a little bit brighter than the identical image in the Monster Manual 3 (4th Edition D&D)
To any who don't know, they look normal and use zappy spells (2d10+16) until half health. At which point they rip their own faces off and spend the rest of the fight in a frenzy trying to shred you(3d10+17).
And it's only lvl 17 o.o Makes me wonder if I chose the wrong deity.
