I think you should know this by now (judging from the earlier comments below me), but the same culprit had used your artwork as part of their adverts for their art school. This tumblr page is now attempting to expose their crimes, and have shown your work used in Adcom's ads:

it's really depressing. good thing that concerned artists and art enthusiasts from all over the world are doing their best to minimize the growing art theft cases around. it's really alarming that some are making this already as part of their industry

Not only making this part of their industry, they as an art institution are cordoning it, that it's A-okay to rip from people and claiming it as your own - which is wrong on all levels.
The rest of us here are trying to make an honest living and people like them just come along and make those things happen --- it's giving us a bad name and we're not even responsible for what they're doing =__=*

Hi! Its awesome to see the artist who painted this awesome creature. I use to play magic a lot five years ago and stop. But, when I bought the "Death's Minions" deck and found this creature, I was amaze how well this guy will cope with my old zombie deck. Good to find a creature as compatable and useful as the Lord of the Undead rare.
