This definately feels like Magic The Gathering. Something about their illustrations has always felt odd to me, probably because they are scaled down so much. The only thing about this I dont like is the steam coming out of the Snowcrusher, it looks like its made with the Plastic Wrap Photoshop filter, but I can't tell. It just doesn't seem to fit with the style of the rest of the illustration. Still, excellent job, and a great illustration, and especially good job on keeping a bit of the humor in Magic that seems to have abandoned it in the last couple years.
