Julie, (real name is Julianna but don't say it in front of her), is a science engineer. She created the Changuy suit. Her purpose was to sell it to the goverment so that way they can enhance the local police force and army. Mukarom wants the suit, but of course, Julie doesn't like Mukarom's evil ways.Hmmmm.....
