well ever since that time Death faked her own kidnapping to get Thanos and Deadpool to attack Eternity to try to exterminate all life in the universe Deadpool has lost his "true" immortality (which was a curse from Thanos somehow...thank you random retcons) and now merely an S-class regenerator...which means he can still come back from a severed toe if he needed to, just not from say being vaporized.
Heck Deadpool has moved past Death and now is married happily to a demon queen.
