Here's an older (2002) drawing of Maxima being dramatic. Proportions are a little off, I mean her hand is foreshortened a bit but her waist is obviously a little small. Still, I'm surprised at how little the design of her outfit has changed between then and her debut in the webcomic in 2011. Keep rocking those fingerless gloves!Related content

The hair reminds me of Vegeta.
It is truly awesome to read your comic and find references to things that I enjoy (or at least used to enjoy) myself, such as Two Steps from Hell (present) and DBZ (original DB was too absurd, and GT was too much of an idiotic attempt to return to the original DB. I mean, turn Goku back into a kid? Bring back Pilaf? Please.)
